Home Visits

Each home visit includes:
A house check to make sure everything is secure
Mail, newspaper and delivery retrieval
Blind and light rotation
Check & water plants when needed
Feed fish as needed
Potty training a new pup or have a senior dog needing more frequent trips outside? Avoid coming home to a mess or distressed pup when you have to be away. Dog visits include:
Potty breaks and necessary clean ups
Feeding per your instructions
Refreshing water sources
Administering needed medications and supplements
Lots of affection and enrichment according to your pups energy and stamina

Every cat parent knows how susceptible to stress and anxiety our feline companions can be, especially when faced with changes to their routines or environment. Cat visits include;

Regular litter box maintenance and necessary clean ups
Stimulating enrichment and affection according to your cats desires and tolerances
Small Pets & Birds
From mice to Macaws, I also have experience and confidence caring for common and not so common small and exotic pets.
Each visit includes:
Re-fresh food and water per your instructions
Spot clean enclosures
Maintain grooming routines
Enrichment and stimulation appropriate for the species and temperament

Dog Walking
Walks provide exercise, enrichment and stimulation outside the home. Always at your pups pace, providing lots of opportunities to sniff and explore, while keeping safety and comfort the top priority.

Overnight Care
For pets who do best with someone staying in the home with them overnight, overnight care in your home provides the ultimate peace of mind while you’re away.
Home Visit Rates
15 min = $20 per visit
30 min = $25 per visit
60 min = $35 per visit
Additional pets = $5 each
I am flexible with the unexpected, but if I feel your pet requires more time for adequate care I will recommend extending your booking.

For all new clients, a mandatory and complimentary meet and greet will be scheduled before commencing any service. This ensures that everyone involved feels comfortable and is a suitable match.
Please allocate at least 15-30 minutes for this meeting, and ensure all pets are present (timid cats should not be forced to attend).
You will receive a meet and greet checklist for you to review and prepare any questions you may have before we meet.
If follow-up visits are required before the start of service, additional fees may apply.

Payment is due in full 7 days before the start of services.
If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of service are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of service: 50% refund.
Cancellations after the start of service or early returns: the balance of services not rendered will refund to a maximum of 50%
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., personal injury, emergency, or other unavoidable situations) that prevent me from completing your booked service, a refund will be provided for any incomplete services.No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation or incomplete service notification.
I reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their bookings.
